Castle Dungeons of Seven Towers

The Seven Towers Dungeons Castle, built by Theodosius, between the years 413-439 is among the famous historical points of Istanbul today. In the past, the building was used to hide state treasures and imprison people convicted of various reasons. The name of the castle comes from its seven towers. 4 of these towers were built in the Byzantine era and 3 in the Ottoman era.
