Tekfor Palace, estimated to have been in use since the 12th century. It is the first imperial building to be captured during the conquest of Istanbul. It has a very important place in history. The palace, which had been turned into a ruin and a landfill, was brought back to life as restoration work began in 1955. It has been open to visitors as a tile museum since 2019.
