An ancient historical castle built in the 17th century by a Greek engineer for the Ottoman Empire to protect and monitor the entry of ships from the northern entrance of the Bosphorus Strait across the Black Sea. Rumeli Feneri means the Roman Lighthouse and is a tourist area with beautiful nature located at the end of the European side on a high rocky hill.
