Merinos Museum of Textile Industry

Ataturk opened the museum in 1938, and the Merinos Wuli Foundation, one of the famous companies in the history of the Republic and Bursa, was restored and designed, according to the museums architecture. The machines and materials used in the whole process from the arrival of raw wool fibers, spinning forming, yarn spun processing, dyeing and finishing operations are arranged in four separate halls. In addition, a laboratory part has been established among the devices used for physical and chemical tests of fibers, yarns and fabrics.
