In 1905, the tower was built, in honor of Abd al-Hamids ascension to the throne, in a park. Due to the view of Bursa from this area, it has been used as a fire tower for a certain period. The building consists of 6 floors and is 33 meters high. It got its name from the clocks on the four walls.
