Al Qasimia Madrasah is one of the most impressive religious schools in Mardin. The madrasa, built during the Artean period in 1457-1502, was completed and remained unfinished, and the structure, which draws attention with its dome, arched courtyard, and open chambers, has survived to this day. The madrasa, which includes a mosque and a mausoleum, also draws attention with its iwan in its courtyard, which was built with the philosophy that represents the cycle of life.
