It was built in 1906 during the reign of Abdul Hamid. The rectangular building adjacent to the tower was built for use as a clock room. It is 10 meters high and has three floors. The clock tower, built using cut stones, is covered with a pyramidal cone of zinc. There is a gap of 30 cm in the middle of the stairs leading to the part where the clock is located with a spiral staircase in the middle. Here, a metal weight hangs in the form of a cylinder, which is used to set the clock and the work.
