It was built in 1238. It consists of a mosque, a madrasa, a dome and a hammam, and is a masterpiece of Seljuk architecture. It was constructed according to the Seljuk architectural tradition, without a minaret and with an open center. A library was established in 1751 by Haji Khalil Effendi in the madrasa, which consisted of students rooms lined up around an open courtyard with a square plan and the main iwan in the east, and when education in the school ended in 1917, 433 books were transferred to the Rashid Effendi Library to Hanat Hatton.
