It is one of the works of the Seljuk era, to the year 1249, and it is one of the works introduced by the Seljuks in Kayseri recently. It is reported that the mosque was built by Abu Al-Qasim bin Ali Al-Tusi. The mosque forms a straight line with the madrasa of the same name on its side. Both structures were built with cut stones, as in many Seljuk works. On a rectangular area 52 x 37 meters. The mosque was damaged over time and was restored by Sinan Beyazad Husayn Bey in 1547.
