Isaac Castle, the second largest castle in Ortahisar, has an area of 39 m. 54 m from the southern facade. Researchers traced its history back to the end of the Byzantine period 10-11 AD. Ishak Pasha, one of the leaders of the army of the conqueror, Sultan Mehmed, used this fortress as a command center for a while while he was marching through Cilicia with his army in 1470 AD. Ishak Castle is called through its lineage to Isaac Pasha. It is rumored that there is an underground tunnel between the castles. The fact that the city developed by spreading between these two castles, during this development designed for settlement, the spaces carved into the rock may have removed the existing tunnel. The tunnel between the two castles appeared in the foreground during a long-term study in Orta Hisar and the surrounding areas by the Technical and Inspection Committee of the Middle East Technical University in 1965, but no positive result was obtained from the study.
