Iblekci Mosque (Khalil Hamid Pasha), the mosque was named by that name because the Ghazal market was established in the past in the area where the mosque is located. Its construction began in 1562 and was completed in 1569. The mosque was financed by Abdi Agha, one of the wealthy Spartans at the time. The mosque was reinforced with restoration work during this period, in 1782, the mosque was expanded from east and west by Grand Vizier Khalil Hamid Pasha. For this reason, the building is also known by its name, today the lower part of the mosque is used as a library.
