Kasnak Oak Nature Reserve, declared a nature conservation area in 1987 and covers an area of 1,300 hectares. In the area with 218 species of plants, hanging oak, hairy oak, Macedonian oak, thuja, cedar of Lebanon, pine, red pine, Taurus fir, juniper kakar, tall juniper, maple, maple, flowering ash, pointed ash tree, fox, yew , marten, wolf inhabit animals such as wild boar and squirrel. Roller oak is sometimes found in small groups in the region, the group of plants that grow only in Turkey, is used in paint and parquet due to its fine texture.
