Adibali (1206 - 1326), who was raised on the Ahi tradition and a Sheikh Ahi, left his mark on the founding years of the Ottoman Empire as an Islamic theologian and religious scholar. He is also the father-in-law and mentor of Osman Gazi, the founder of the Ottoman Empire. Therefore, Sheikh Edebali is considered the spiritual founder of the Ottoman Empire. Although the exact date of construction of Sheikh Adibalis tomb is not known; It is estimated that it was built during the reign of Orhan Gazi, son of Osman Gazi, there are also ten tombs belonging to a total of ten people, six of them are large and four are small, believed to be from his generation. In general, the tomb consists of three chambers, including the cistern. Next to the tomb is another small tomb where the graves of Osman Gazis wife, Bala Khatun, and her mother are located. Just outside the tomb is the Ottoman Sultans History Sector of Bilecik Municipality and an open-air museum describing the lives and works of 36 sultans who ruled in the 16th Ottoman Empire.
