The Jokmedris Mosque, the madrasa built in 1267 at the request of the ruler of Amasya, Seif al-Din Torumti, houses a mosque and a mausoleum. The building is known as the Sky Schools Collector, because of the octagonal bricks close to the blue color. The building, which contains special inscriptions in Seljuk architecture, is located in the center of the city. The madrasa, the burial room next to the mosque and the complex of buildings that are considered a complex, are among the must-see places to feel the spiritual atmosphere of Amasya.
