The bridge, whose exact date of construction is unknown, is believed to be one of the works of the Seljuk period when the construction technique and materials used were examined. It is among the 13 most magnificent bridges in Turkey. Restoration work was carried out in 2010 in order to relieve the fatigue of the bridge years. The bridge is 193 meters long and 4.5 meters wide and has nine eyes, since it is the only bridge that connects the two sides of the river, it is believed that the bridge was of great strategic importance in the past.
