If a hotel advertises a robot assistant, I would ask what it actually does for guests. Can it answer questions in the language I need? Does a person take over when it cannot help? I would want those answers before relying on it during a trip.
I work on Humanoza, an independent review site for humanoid robots. Our humanoid robot comparison is a starting point for checking models and their specifications. It cannot tell you how a particular hotel runs its service, so I would still ask the hotel directly.
Has anyone here used a robot assistant at a hotel in Turkey? I would be interested in what it helped with beyond a lobby demonstration.
