Meatballs vary greatly in their consistency, taste and method of making. They are made from ground meat with a hammer. The lean and boneless beef is beaten with the help of a hammer until finely mashed. Eggs, onions and spices are added and kneaded well. The prepared meatballs are served with the best part of the meat over rice. Onions, tomato paste, and yogurt add a delicious flavour.
