Basalt rocks, such as the Giants Quay similar to Ireland, were declared a Class A Natural Site in 1996 in order to be introduced to tourism; In 2011, an area of 10.25 hectares, including the rocks, was registered as a natural monument and taken under protection. The rocks consist of 4, 5 and 6 pillars enclosed by angles that span three nearby wadis and have an average height of 30-40 meters. As a result of scientific studies, it was determined that the structure in question existed from 3 to 5 million years ago. The most interesting part of the basalt rocks is the waterfalls flowing over them. An activity called Spring Walk from History to Nature is held every year. The march in 2017 lasted 12 kilometers and broke its own record.
