Haziranlar Palace, built on the city walls, next to the Bayezid Mosque, reminds us of the Safranbolu houses with its architectural structure. The palace built in 1865 by Hasan Talat Effendi, treasurer of Amasya, is one of the most beautiful buildings from the Ottoman era. The ministry restored it in 1976 and turned it into a museum, it entered the restoration process again in 1998 as it was damaged by the earthquake in Amasya. The palace, which functions as an ethnographic museum today, functions as an art gallery in the hall on the ground floor.
