The palaces in which the museum is located reflect the typical civic architectural features of the city, the museum was established in the arrangement of five adjacent palaces, these 120-year-old houses were built by Haji Said Effendi, 6 rooms are used for the purpose of displaying ethnographic works, building restoration work has begun in 2006 and completed in 2009.
