Collected by retired English teacher Hasan and his wife for 30 years, they display jars of stone, wood, machinery and store olives and olive oil in the past, and host more than a thousand domestic and foreign visitors every month. It is the largest museum in the world. There are tools for squeezing olive oil that illustrate each period from the Ionian Age to the present. There are oils and bottles from Roman times that are used in cosmetics. There are also very rare artifacts. You will see the ways olive oil goes from production to our table.
