When treatment involves travel, I would compare the center before booking accommodation. A high rating is difficult to judge without the number of reviews and their dates.
I work on RehabTruth, an independent directory of US rehabilitation centers. Our comparison page brings public ratings together for families considering treatment in the United States. It does not cover Turkish hospitals, and reviews cannot tell whether a center is suitable for a particular person.
