The city is beautiful, quiet, uncrowded and organized, and its streets are wide. Driving in Antalya is much easier than in the Turkish north, and there are many markets and malls. The weather is very cool (between 16 to 25 degrees), in the summer the temperatures are high, close to 40 degrees, and the humidity is high. The food there is excellent and similar to Istanbul. Nature and water are only available in limited areas and outside Antalya. The city is predominantly coastal and has resorts and distinctive sea beaches. The number of foreign tourists is large and hotel prices are high due to the demand for them, especially Russian and European tourists. The best time to visit is in October and November or March and April.
