Located in the Tokat Clock Tower, it was built in 1902. This clock tower can be seen from all over the city, the height of the tower made of cut stone is about 33 meters. The clock, ringing every half hour and at the beginning of the hour with an interval of two minutes, can be heard throughout the city. It was built by Governor Bekir Pasha and the mayor of the municipality, Enver Bey, the son of Al-Amin, in honor of the 25th anniversary of Abdülhamids accession to the throne.
