The Jabal Al Qibla Mosque is an impressive building built on a land height of 1130. The mosque and its surroundings, also known as the prayer hill, are visited by thousands of people every year, and besides the wonderful view, it is also a very meaningful structure from a historical point of view. The mosque, first constructed by Kush Ahmed Effendi and Michola Mehmed Effendi in the nineteenth century, was severely damaged by a fire in 1960 and rebuilt by Hafiz Yusuf Yilmaz at that time.
