The clock tower, built by Abd al-Rahman Nur al-Din Pasha, one of the rulers of Kastamonu between 1884-1885, the structure is impressive with its appearance. The tower clock was brought from Europe. It is 12 meters high, made of light yellow and light green cut stones, and the entrance is a round arched door. The two-storey tower opened with round and wide windows on all four sides.
