The museum, which was established in 2005 at the opening of this museum and turned into a real social project in the hands of many volunteers, led by artists, was completed in 2010. It combines contemporary art and traditional craftsmanship under one roof and incorporates one within the other. The museum, which covered 30 acres of land in the year 2000, at the initiative of the artist and teacher Hussam El Din Kochan, born in Bayburt; It includes exhibition halls, workshops, conference hall, library and guest houses.
