The museum is also known as Duzce Museum because it is the only museum in the city. It was built in 1993. Konoralp, an attacking soldier, made successful forays. He was among the most important soldiers of the Ottoman Empire. That is why the museum got its name. The museum houses a total of 6,118 artifacts, including 1,825 artifacts, 456 ethnographies, and 3,837 coins. Numerous works can be seen from the Neolithic, Bronze and Ancient Roman times. These pieces mostly reflect the nineteenth and twentieth centuries of the Ottoman era. These products include the bridal room, local clothing, weapons, traditional home model, and lifeless mannequins that reflect that period.
