Yildirim Beyazit Mosque, is a social complex built at the end of the fourteenth century. It has special significance because it is one of the early examples in Ottoman architecture where the single-dome plan was applied in the simplest way. Planned plan shows a central vault with a three-eyed prayer hall covered with a dome. The building was completely constructed of rubble stones, and marble was used for the Bab al-Jumla. The minaret was rebuilt to the right of the mosque in 1744, while it was a separate point in front of the place of worshipers. The mosque has a fountain, but it did not last until today. The mosque was destroyed in 1999, and reopened in 2001 after reconstruction work. Its mihrab is made of a rectangular marble niche. Decorated verses around it.
