The Ala ad-Din Mosque was built in 1223 by Zain al-Din Bashary, Ibn Ahor, who was the chief of the Sanjak of Nigde. According to the mosque inscription, the architects of the building are Ustad Siddik and his brother Ghazi, the mosque has two doors and has a minaret with one balcony.
