Established in 1901, Konya Archeology Museum is the second oldest archeology museum in Turkey after Istanbul Archeology Museum, it was moved to Mevlana Museum in 1927, then to Iblikci Mosque in 1953 and to its present building in 1962, there are important artifacts from the period Long in time, from the Neolithic to the Byzantine period, works are displayed in the museum garden as well as in the museum building, large-scale stone artifacts such as sarcophagi and statues are preserved in the garden.
