The oldest school in Hakkari has a deep-rooted history dating back 1700 years and it was built on a flat point, on the plan of a school with a courtyard, its architectural structure is very impressive, Turkish, Arabic, Persian and French lessons were taught in the school, it is an educational center, there are 14 rooms in the school One of them is a mosque room. You can see the city from a birds-eye view at the Medan Madrasah. The Maidan Madrasah, built in the 1700s, took its final shape after restoration work in 1984, with its two-storey architecture and courtyard.
