A historical symbol of the city, built during the Ottoman rule, i.e. in the sixteenth century, the castle was built in 1544 at the request of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent, and it was found that it was built on a much older structure that was built during the Seljuk period as a result of historical studies. The castle has similar features with Rumeli Castle from Where the style, remnants of the ancient Bronze Age have been found, the castle walls that create a very beautiful view with a view of the Kura River are 745 meters long.
