Castle of the island, it is estimated that the Roman Empire had built Caesar Castle in 4000 BC, the castle is located on the banks of the Tigris River, contains 360 rooms, has a plan of 3 floors and consists of two different parts as an external castle and an internal castle, basalt stone was used in Castle building. The Seifia Madrasa built by Ibn Izz al-Din in the citadel is an indication that this place was used as an important living space in the past.
