The Great Mosque, it is estimated that it was built in 1129 AD during the Seljuk era, restoration work was carried out in the mosque in 1260 and some additions were made to it, as it is known as the Mosque of the Forty Martyrs because of the presence of the forty martyrs around it. One of the biggest reasons for this is that it contains the first minaret in Anatolia decorated with mosaic tiles. The minaret rises on a rectangular base. The minaret was dismantled and rebuilt in 1975.
