Neshat Effendi Palace, the palace that served as the Kilis Museum, since 2012 until recently, was moved to Tuva, and ended its use as a museum, it was built in 1925 by the architect Haji Ahmed Usta from Aleppo, at the request of Neshat Topaloğlu. The mansion consists of 3 floors, including the basement and 2 floors, on the first floor of the mansion there are 6 rooms and living areas such as toilet, bathroom and kitchen, on the upper floor there are 7 rooms and other living areas, Gaziantep marble has been used in many points in the palace. Although the interior of the palace cannot be visited at the moment, we must mention that the palace has an impressive appearance from the outside.
