Hatay Archeology Museum has one of the richest collections about the history of Hatay. Designed in a very modern way, the museum has been welcoming its visitors since 2014. On an area of more than 3,000 square meters, artifacts belonging to many civilizations from the Paleolithic to the Ottoman era are displayed, some of the most important examples of mosaics in the world can be seen in the large display area These, among the most interesting of these mosaics, there are mosaics called the abandoned Ariadne mosaic, Yaktu and Satyr, Hermaphroditus mosaic, the mosaic of the seasons, the Birth of Venus mosaic, the mosaic of Artemis and the skeleton mosaic, very important tombs and coffins can be seen in the museum.
