Macedonian Clock Tower This historical monument, one of the towers on the corners of the ramparts around the city, founded by Roman King Hadrianus, was added to the tower with wooden floors between 1866 and 1867 by Edirne ruler Haji Izzat Pasha. The building was also known as the nations clock for a long time. Today, the tower and its surroundings are visited as the Urban Archeology Park.
