It was built in 1902 on the 25th anniversary of Abd al-Hamids accession to the throne. It was built by Izmit ruler Musa Kazim Bey, and was made using travertine stones. Its dimensions are 3.65 meters - 3.65 square meters. The building, which contains fountains on three sides, has four floors, while the first floor is used for navigation, and the tower narrows as you go up towards the upper parts. Under the gazebo, Ottoman patterns can be seen. There are 80 cm clocks on all four sides of the tower. There is a playground and a cafe with a view around.
